A wide range of projects have been undertaken and completed with over $1,000,000.00 secured from grants. Work at ‘The Meadows’ on Martins Creek, including stream bank stabilization, moved forward with $220,000 received from DCNR and Lehigh Valley Greenways. Centerfield Playground improvements were possible with grants totaling $55,000. Municipal office upgrades and ADA compliant amenities were possible with grant funds, as was securing a generator for the Township garage. Currently, grant applications totaling $1,019,006.00 have been submitted, including $88,252 for a new pickup truck for the Fire Company and $615,000 for hazard mitigation.
